Twinkle Magazine, the leading Dutch e-commerce publication, featured It Goes Forward and our approach to peer-to-peer return rerouting. The article covers how Forwarding reduces costs and emissions for fashion webshops.
The piece introduces Forwarding to the Dutch e-commerce community by walking through a single return: eligibility check in milliseconds, match against an incoming order for the same SKU, shipping label issued against the retailer's existing carrier, and an automatic refund once the buyer rates the item. For retailers it translates into €5 to €12 saved per Forwarded return versus conventional warehouse handling, and an independent cut of 310 g of CO₂. The article also flags the supported platform integrations (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and the peer-reviewed algorithm published in Omega 128 (Elsevier, 2024).
