    Contact us and we formalise the partnership. You get access to our partner documentation, sandbox environment, and a dedicated contact at IGF. No upfront cost, no exclusivity requirement.

    Identify a client and scope the integration

    You know your client's stack. We know the integration. Together we scope what is needed: typically a plugin install and configuration for supported platforms, or API integration for custom stacks. We provide technical scoping support at no charge for partner agencies.

    Implement and go live

    You handle the implementation, billed at your standard agency rates. We support you technically throughout: documentation, sandbox testing, and a dedicated implementation call. Most supported-platform integrations are complete in under a week of development time.

    Earn recurring revenue

Which of your clients are good candidates

Not every client is ready for Forwarding. Here is a quick qualifier:

  • 50+ returns per month: below this, volume is too low for meaningful results
  • Online-native consumer base, familiar with peer-to-peer platforms like Vinted
  • Sustainability positioning: consumers who respond to environmental messaging adopt faster
  • On Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or Salesforce CC: fastest integration path

Not yet ready

  • Under 50 returns per month: come back when volume grows
  • Consumer base unfamiliar with peer-to-peer transactions: adoption will be lower
  • Very size-dependent categories (swimwear, intimate apparel), where matching complexity reduces Forward rate
  • Custom or legacy platform with no API access: integration is possible but takes longer
